Addis Ababa, April 26, 2025 (ENA) — According to an announcement from the Office of the Prime Minister, the recently opened Mesob One-Stop Service Center integrates multiple governmental services into a single location, employing cutting-edge digital technology.
Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed, together with high-ranking federal and regional officials, visited and officially opened the Mesob One-Stop Service Center today.
The center allows individuals to readily obtain services from various federal agencies via an entirely digital platform, thereby avoiding the necessity to go to several locations, wait in lengthy lines, or manage complex paperwork.
The prime minister’s office revealed that twelve governmental departments have initiated a pilot program, which has started functioning, offering a combined total of forty-one public services.
These offerings span licensing to digital ID registration and more, all provided at one accessible spot.
